Warren is the Chief Data Officer at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), where he leads data-driven initiatives designed to enhance transportation safety. Before joining the NTSB, he held senior positions at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he spearheaded the use of advanced analytics to identify potential safety risks before they led to accidents. He began his career as an aerodynamicist, developing flight simulators for the U.S. Coast Guard and Air Force. A licensed pilot and certified aircraft mechanic, Warren combines hands-on expertise with data-driven insights to promote essential transportation safety initiatives.
